“Justin was prompt with following up on my call. My mother had a short on her power main lines that feed her home. It blew one of her power main fuses, rendered her water well pump non functional and put her home in jeopardy. She still had power but the current was dangerously low. I shut the power off at 7pm on July 14. At 9am after traveling from a job in Mississippi, he drop by as his first call to assess the situation and provided a diagnosis and solution. 2 of his employees, who were already working another job, dropped by later to apply the solution. Justin allowed me to pick up a replacement fuse in my effort to try and help things along. By early afternoon the job was completed effectively and efficiently. She was back on full power and the water well powered right up like nothing ever happened. Kudos to Justin and his team!! ”
